WEEKEND RETREAT IN LOS ANGELES

Attend the New Year event in person, and join us for the whole weekend, for a beautiful, rejuvenating two-day retreat in intenSati’s current hometown.

On Saturday we’ll start our day with an iconic manifesting hike in Griffith Park with sweeping views of the city, Hollywood Hills and the ocean in the distance. Then we’ll settle in the park for a group breathwork experience and personalized tarot readings for the year ahead. We’ll close out our first day with a sunset picnic at the beach, watching the sun dip below the waves as we sit beneath palm trees.

On Sunday, you’ll join The Vow live and in-person for the opportunity to mastermind, do intenSati, and soak in live music together with our intimate group. We’ll then go celebrate with the city’s best Mexican food and cheers to the year ahead.

Lucy Osborne is the Global Leader of intenSati (feel-good fitness that’s more than a workout.) Known for making movement feel like a celebration, she blends affirmations, sweat, and soul into an unforgettable practice that awakens joy, power, and possibility.

With her signature blend of delight and depth, she guides people to step into their power and presence by using the most accessible tools they have: their body, their voice, and their focus.

intenSati has been taught at Google, Nike, Summit, Reebok, Twitter, The TODAY Show, and Good Morning America, and featured in publications such as Oprah’s O Magazine, Vogue, Psychology Today, Shape, Women’s Health, the New York Times, and Glamour.

Monica Lawson is a multidisciplinary creative and cultural leader whose career bridges the performing arts, philanthropy, and mentorship. As an actor and musician, she has worked across film, music, and live performance, bringing a storyteller’s sensibility and a deep appreciation for creative expression to everything she does.

She is the Managing Director of the BOND Creative Advancement Project (BCAP), where she leads initiatives that expand access to mentorship, education, and career pathways for emerging artists and designers from underrepresented communities. Through BCAP, Monica works closely with industry professionals, educational institutions, and creative organizations to help young talent translate passion into sustainable careers.

In addition to her work at BCAP, Monica serves as a board member of the Orchestra of the Americas, supporting its mission to cultivate musical excellence, cultural exchange, and leadership among emerging musicians throughout the Americas.

Deeply committed to giving back, Monica also dedicates her time to mentorship and youth empowerment through her volunteer work with 826LA, where she supports young people in developing their creative voices. Across all facets of her work, Monica Lawson is driven by a belief in the transformative power of the arts and the importance of nurturing the next generation of creative leaders.
