intenSati is a method of movement, mantra and meditation to awaken the mind, body and spirit and train us to replace negative thoughts with powerful, positive ones. This practice pairs high-energy cardio moves with high-emotion mantras that will leave you uplifted, connected, and strong.

BEFORE TRAINING
Immediate access to our thorough and detailed Leader Training Library so you can start reading your manual, watching your videos, and listening to your podcasts right away.
Come into the training with a win already by getting comfortable finding the beat with our simple and effective Musicality Mini-Course.
LIVE 7-DAY TRAINING
SUNDAY 12-4pm | WEEKDAYS 6-9pm | SUNDAY 12-4pm (EST)
Your 7-day Live Training will be 100% on Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world! If your timezone doesn’t allow you to join live, we send the replay immediately after each session.
During the live hours, you will learn and practice with our trainers with plenty of time to break each part down, get feedback, and ask questions.
The training was designed by Founder Patricia Moreno and Partner Lucy Osborne, and is led by Lucy and Leader Trainers Amy Fox, Hildie Dunn, and Barbara Sennrich.
You will be guided and supported by our all-star team of Leader Mentors, who have a range of teaching expertises, interest, communities, and experience.
After each session, you’ll have the opportunity to submit a short Homework video (3-5 minutes) so that you can get Feedback on what to focus on and what you’re doing well with.
You are Fully Certified to teach intenSati at the end of the live training. There’s no test to pass or fail; if you show up and participate, you get certified.
AFTER TRAINING
With training, you receive a FULL YEAR of
leadSati, our Leader Development & Support Program.
Each month you’ll receive everything you need to learn and teach a new intenSati series: the Moves and Affirmations, a Full Class Video, a step-by-step Class Guide, Choreography Breakdown Video, full Music Playlist and Meditation Script, as well as Affirmation Cards to post and send to your students.
Each month we have a live Zoom call to dive into the series and help craft our classes.
Being enrolled in leadSati gives you rights to use the intenSati name and teach our proprietary class format.
After your first year, you have the opportunity to continue in leadSati for $35/month.
You also get a full year of The Evolution, our Personal Growth Community, where we train and support each other in creating a life we love by instilling habits of Inner Strength, Radiant Health and Embodied Positivity.
With this membership, you gain access to our Library of 500+ Resources and Practices with Morning and Evening Meditations, Mood Boosters, intenSati Audio and Video Workouts, and Podcasts.
You are invited to weekly live Wake Up Calls and intenSati Workouts on Zoom.

The long-term impact of my intenSati teacher training went beyond my wildest expectations. The technical skills I learned in teacher training like cuing and musicality were great and right on point. Terms + Conditions
Payments for your certification are non-refundable, but with notice of absence, are transferable to another training. If you are unable to attend a certification, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing lucy@patriciamoreno.com: No-shows who do not make contact with us prior to the training date will be unable to transfer their credit.
In order to receive access to the training, you will be required to sign our license agreement, sent to you prior to training to be signed electronically.
Required Instructor Tools Subscription
After certification, a $35/month leader tools subscription called leadSati must be maintained while you are actively teaching. Your payment training covers your first 12 months of leadSati. We do not require our instructors to re-certify, leadSati keeps everyone up to date with changes.
Auditing a Certification
You are able to audit an intenSati Leader Training at a reduced rate, pending space.
Payments for intenSati Leader Training are non-refundable.
